Ricotta cake

This is a recipe I read somewhere many years ago, it's a great breakfast cake that also goes well with afternoon tea.
Mix together:
300 gr. sugar
300 gr. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
juice of 2 lemons
add 300 gr. white flour
add a healthy dose baking powder
put in a non-stick baking pan
cook in the oven for 45' on medium heat.
